You want to talk group think and it’s danger — and express concern about Black people’s thinking in voting overwhelmingly for one political party over the other? Guess you haven’t heard about the lunacy that has caused people to take foolishness as facts. Yep, the groupthink that has compelled people to vote against their own best interests (healthcare; fair wages; climate; etc.) in this recent election because they bought some of the most asinine rumors as truth? And those who were manipulated to revile the missteps of one candidate and completely ignore absolute lies of another.

We should be concerned about groupthink for sure — especially when it’s distorted and simply dangerous. Groupthink can be good (civil rights fighters) or evil (KKK>Apartheid>Hitler>ClimateDeniers>TooManyTrumpists). I like #groupthink when it rejects hate and stands up loudly against it.
