No More Business as Usual, America.

As a certified independent, I’ve always been of the sober lesser of two evils school leading up to elections. Dems are “better” than the Republiteas, no doubt, but they are not great. Dems were not full throated in their support of the Obama administration, because they knew the racist underbelly if this nation. Their milquetoast support, even without strongly. Some of the same supporters of this administration (neo -Dixiecrats) are/were The votes they hoped to keep.

It’s easy to condemn the repubs, by they have not been Lincoln’s party for a long time — neither has the Dems.

The repubs held their noses and supported 45 once they saw his potential and the Dems weaknesses. Hillary should have never been heir-apparent to the White House after giving the Black guy a shot. The DNC and leaders failed because of their own bad messaging and strategies. They should have been loudly advocating AND educating about the ACA. Their sheepishness led to their own demise as the majority party. They have much work to do to find voice and vision.

The outraged Republiteas endorsed their evil leader — his persona hasn’t changed before or since his nomination and, ultimate election. The Dems gave tepid support for President Obama. Removing 45 (or Bannon or Miller) won’t erase the racism — in either party.

We have seen evil up close and have a choice, but just choosing an ineffective other doesn’t move us forward. Good has a great feeling; evil has a greater strategy. This race stuff shouldn’t be in our headlines like this. Why are we re-fighting the Civil War and WWII?

We need to hold these jokers accountable — for the good of the nation and for our own good. No more business as usual.

I invite you to take 2 to 5 minutes for a glimpse of what I think about issues of the day. Nonpartisan, yet, some might not agree - just don’t be disagreeable.
